Since 1947, from father to son, the passion and the trade have been passed on by the Sénégas family. Alexandre, the last generation, was awarded a prize in the Hérault Gourmand competition for his 36-hour old-style tripe. This award underlines the outstanding know-how of the company, which does its utmost to offer you traditional, natural products with authentic flavours. The meat is 100% regional, selected with care and know-how. A beautiful house and products that make us salivate.
