Property in the family of Anne de Coninck (wife of Mr. Bournac who will receive you) since 1740, the castle True Canon Boyer is an excellent value for money in the name Canon Fronsac. It can therefore be the goal of a walk in Fronsadais, because the village of Saint-Michel-de-Fronsac perched on the famous hillside of Fronsac is a delight ! It is also on this southern hillside that is the vineyard of the property : 8,5 ha planted with 90 % Merlot, the rest sharing between cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon (5 % each). With excellent exposure, optimal drainage and clay-clay terrain, the vines are harvested by hand. The traditional vinification is then carried out by parcels, to highlight the softness, body, fruit and whole bouquet of these wines "pleasure". They can be young or kept longer. Above all, the wines of the Castle True Canon Boyer accompany the grilled meats or in sauce, Sausages or Sweet cheeses. To consume as soon as the opportunity arises, especially as the rate is reasonable.
