An abbey with Italian and Mediterranean gardens and panoramic views to visit in a video tour.

The abbot's palace represents all the splendor of the 18th century and of the Saint-Maur congregation. You can admire the sumptuous vaulted rooms, redesigned in the 17th and 18th centuries by Pierre Mignard, the King's architect. As early as 1930, poet Elsa Koeberlé and painter Genia Lioubov designed the Italian garden on the 2 ha surrounding the abbey, making it absolutely splendid. Roseline Bacou, then her family, continued to enhance the garden, opening it to the public in 1990.
