Traditional cuisine restaurant working with fresh, local and seasonal products

Located on the hills of Montolivet, beautiful panoramic view on the Fort Saint-André and the center of Villeneuve. It is quite difficult to find, but look for the tennis courts, it is there. This restaurant is a nice discovery. The owners are very nice, the cooking is traditional, worked with fresh, local and seasonal products. The menus change every month. The setting is simple, in the woods, in short one eats well there. The fish and the products of the Camargue are honored: sea urchins of the pond of Thau in season, oysters, lobsters..

Nous y avons mangé le 20 septembre pour mon anniversaire avec des amis. Quel doux moment ! Accueil et services chaleureux, plats délicieux, cadre superbe avec vue sur le Fort. Le Wok de Gambas et le magret était exquis. J’ai hâte d’y retourner !

C'est un des rares endroits pour lequel je n'ai rien de négatif à dire. Le lieu est charmant, à l'écart de l ville dans la nature, le service est chaleureux et professionnel et la qualité des plats y est impeccable. Une très belle adresse.
