Christophe Castan and his wife are head of this amazing "last grocery store before Mount Aigoual", in the heart of the village of Esesou. Here the multi-service shop offers postcards, newspapers, souvenirs, but especially beautiful and good local products selected for their quality: cheeses, charcuterie, jams and honey, for which Christophe is excellent advice. But it's not everything, it's also on reservation where to make a "gourmet" picnic for 4 people. Christophe is a taste activist, ambassador of Causses and Cévennes.
