Four labels are engraved on the institution's identity card, just that! " Only "9 rooms open to guests, but they are equipped with all comforts. The hotel has not stolen its two stars, and takes with an iron hand the rank of its experience in the city. Indeed, the Tavern celebrated its 40 years in 2013 and has always been led by the Hampartzoumian family. It's a family history and you feel like at home by staying in one of the rooms. In the restaurant you can taste the brouillade in the truffles of Uzès, among others. And that's not everything! The basement is home to beverages from the region's grape varieties: a wine mine! In short, a hotel of all flavours.

I stayed on the first floor, in a room facing the street, for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the acoustics did not help to control the noise from people on the street or those returning to the hotel late at night, going up and talking on the stairs. Despite being a non-smoking environment, I also smelled a lot of cigarettes the first two nights.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge i charmiga Uzès. Ägarinnan var mycket vänlig. Rummet var helt till belåtenhet och allt kändes fräsch och rent. Luftkonditioneringen var på och det var svalt och skönt i rummet. Ute var det +33, så det var skönt! Vi gav oss iväg tidigt efter en god natt sömn utan att äta frukost så den kan jag inte uttala mig om.
