Restaurant offering traditional cuisine prepared with market products in Uzès
The 12th-century vaulted rooms are simply magical, as are the inner courtyard and garden, which you'd think were secrets. It's a delight to sit under this magnificent fig tree and savor this cuisine, traditional to be sure, but with contemporary flavors and combinations. Local treasures are given pride of place, and can be enjoyed even more with the excellent selection of wines and sound advice from the house, since Le Bec à vin is also a wine shop... The elegant presentation adds to the charm of the moment.

Second and more seriously, my wife found a lump of plastic about 20mm long in her dessert (cherry cake, part of the cafe gourmand). We were given a "désolé" by the waitress but no offer of refund or replacement.

Cadre chaleureux, bon accueil, acceptant les chiens.
Une carte variée proposant un menu du jour à 25€… un peu élever.
Manque quelques salés apéro pour accompagner le verre de vin ou la bière.
Les desserts sont bon.
Je recommande.
