At the Auberge d'Uzès, Valérie and Denis are pleased to help you discover the culinary specialties of Languedoc and Provence. In the restaurant, there is no à la carte or menu, but a "slate" which is renewed according to the market stalls and the chef's inspiration. We have thus composed with a fresh goat's cheese mousse and smoked duck breast, a grilled pork spider and its chanterelle mushroom sauce, to finish, because we are greedy, with a soft chocolate pear. Our senses are delighted! The Auberge also offers stylish and personalised rooms.

Restaurant en sortied'Uzes bord de route, je vous déconseillé, salle banale menu tout à fait ordinaire, surtout pour un dimanche mais prix assez haut, je vous déconseille.

Je conseille vivement L'Auberge d'Uzès. Leur cuisine ravive vraiment les papilles. Les plats sont exquis.
