Pierrem and his team spend countless hours crafting beers from organic, low-gluten malts, in a classic range (blonde, white, rousse, brune) and special cuvées that reflect the terroir (myrtle, quince, blackberry). Even the attractive labels are a reminder of this producer's guiding principles: conviviality, epicureanism and better living. Available for direct sale, or at a number of local restaurants and events.
