Many sushibars have opened on Nîmes in recent years. It was therefore normal for an outlet to the halles - the temple of the greedy products - to have mounted. At home you can buy or order any kind of sushi, maki, nigiri, uramaki, all made with fish and seafood products, directly from the fish garden. Bento, kind of hot or cold meals, including fish, rice, vegetables, peanuts, algae, etc., are served in a plastic box and sold between 7 € and 14 €. At Wafu, you also have the guarantee of manufacturing non-industrial sushi, which is not negligible for these specialties of raw fish. The réticents can taste the rolls.
