At lunchtime or in the evening, you choose your formula, then you are placed by one of the servers of the friendly team headed by Thuthuy Dag. Then, free to discover the cooked dishes, presented in an attractive way in stainless steel tanks. You are allowed to serve several times. Success requires, it is often full, but the room is great. Just like in a chic, exotic business canteen, you'll find yourself in the buffet and you'll find indications on the dishes. Entries (green papaya salad, nems, spring rolls, ravioli), dishes (tonkinoise, painted duck, almond chicken, bo beef bun), rice, noodles, fried vegetables and desserts… everything is good!
