Domain with secured swimming pool enjoying a beautiful view on the valley of the hamlet of Audabiac

The very charming Domaine d'Audabiac, perched on a hill, enjoys a beautiful view over the valley of the hamlet of Audabiac, of Gallo-Roman origin. The former silkworm farm, separated from the Bastide by a courtyard, has been converted into a large gîte with 7 bedrooms and 7 showers/WC. The kitchen is on the first floor, while the bedrooms and living rooms are on the1st and2nd floors. The very large swimming pool is accessible but safe for children. Two pretty guest rooms are also available. The decor is country-style, adorable and meticulous.

L'endroit est absolument magnifique, le hameau, les villages environnants, la vue...tout est splendide. La maison en elle-même est très bien entretenue avec des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. L'ensemble est paisible et charmant. L'extérieur de la maison est bien ombragée et présente de nombreux espaces accessibles directement ou en traversant une route très très calme (accès aire de jeu et table de ping pong). La cuisine & l'espace extérieur sont très bien aménagés pour accueillir un grand groupe (nous étions 17 dont 9 enfants !). |Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours là pour aider. A noter qu'ils habitent dans le même bâtiment, juste au dessus de la piscine, donc le calme est de mise dès 23h.
