The Mage mill is one of the oldest mills in France. It has been producing an exceptional first cold-pressed oil since 1887, first with steam and then with electricity. Since its creation, the method of transforming olives into flavoured and tasty oil has not changed: stone grinding, use of scourers and a hydraulic press for cold pressing oil, decanting and lifting of the oil using the old-fashioned leaf method. Since its creation, it has remained in the same family of passionate olive growers. A guided tour of the olive grove and the mill is possible. It should be noted that the Mages mill has also been equipped with a modern mill for large contributors.
