Fabienne and François Conan manufacture jams for the delight of the gourmands. Everything is on the spot, even peeling fruit throughout the year. To discover, some 70% varieties of jams, manufactured to the old in a large copper basin, with 30% fruit and of raffiné cane sugar… There are also wine jellies, fruit vinegar and the perfect chutneys to eat on hot or cold meat. All these products as well as tea and coffee are to be found in the season, the daily market of Montalivet (every day in July and August), Saint-Vivien (Wednesday), Ares (Tuesday), Castelnau (Sunday), Castelnau (Saturday), the good Taste of Aquitaine in Bordeaux (mid-October).
