Opened since 2022, Stéphanie took over this restaurant from her father Michel Belmonte, a renowned pastry chef in Arles, who passed on to her his know-how and love of the profession. Don't be fooled by the exterior, the atmosphere is warm.
The cuisine of La Fourquette, family and Mediterranean, is prepared with fresh products.
On the menu, "La Quotidienne" with a starter, a main course and a dessert. A small menu with a signature dish, the StefBurger of the season, and to finish, a varied choice of desserts every day.

0n nous a proposé deux choix ( et sans frites ni salade ) qui se sont avérés les plus chers à la carte.
Bref, 2 plats, 2 desserts (à 7 euros chacun avec du chocolat industriel) 1 san Pelligrîno , 2 cafés pour 73 euros, cela semble bien excessif pour un midi, dans une zone industrielle au bord d’une nationale.
