Château Lagrange is a renowned winery. Classified 3rd Grand Cru in 1855, it boasts an exceptional vineyard on the left bank of the Gironde, between Margaux and Pauillac. The vines stretch out around the château on two Günzian gravel hilltops, offering a magnificent landscape. The estate also boasts parkland, woods and a lake, making it a remarkable natural asset. Interestingly, the vineyard plots are the same as those classified in 1855 under Napoleon III. Château Lagrange offers tours and activities, but advance booking is recommended.

The 110-hectare vineyard is ideally situated on gravelly hilltops bordering the Gironde estuary. Cabernet Sauvignon, the king of Médoc grapes, flourishes in the best conditions on this exceptional terroir. The barrel cellar, with its unique dimensions and architecture, also deserves a visit from this great name in Bordeaux wine.

On the Saint-Julien terroir, Château Gruaud-Larose has been classified^2nd Grand Cru since 1855. Founded in 1725, it attaches great importance to respect for the environment, favoring biodiversity, grassing and manual harvesting. Since 2019, organic conversion has been underway. Its wines are both powerful and elegant, and age remarkably well.
