Settled in the hamlet of Bizac since 2009, Nathalie Gonzalez cultivates 2 ha of olive trees, which she processes herself in her mill. She produces a fruity green oil based on picholine, while lucques olives are reserved for the table. A beekeeper too, she keeps some 200 hives from which she makes a fine range of honeys (chestnut, lavender, garrigue...), as well as homemade sweets: gingerbread, marshmallows and cookies are available in her store.
