Gourmet products local specialties and wines Calvisson

Based in the hamlet of Bizac, Nathalie Gonzalez started in 2009. This farmer presses in her mill the olives from the 2 ha of trees she owns. The oil produced is made with picholine (in fruity green); the lucques are used for table olives. You will also find in the shop the products from its 200 beehives: honey (chestnut, lavender, garrigue...) as well as gingerbread, marshmallows, biscuits.

The winery was originally created through the merger of the Générac, Calvisson, Beauvoisin and Saint-Hilaire wineries. At the heart of a "Rhône Méditerranée" vineyard of no less than 2,700 hectares, winegrowers committed to a proactive approach to respect for the environment, and in the same spirit of excellence, welcome you to share their world and their passion. This VPA winery is a celebration of wine in all its colors!
