This is the story of Fanny who, having grown up in the family bakery in Sallèles d'Aude, decided to "return to the roots ", to the place where her father acquired the trade. And she was right to do so, delighting us with her traditional or special breads, chocolatines, butter or plain croissants, almond loaves and other viennoiseries. As for pastries, it's Barbara who pampers us with a host of homemade delights, including pine nut tarts, a traditional Aude speciality made with cream and almonds, and the famous Paris Vinassan.

Pan y dulces muy buenos. Abre a las 6.30 am. La chica es muy amable y habla inglés (cosa que agradecemos los turistas). A 1 minuto de distancia del area para caravanas de Vinassan. Merci!
