This is the story of Fanny who, having grown up in the family bakery in Sallèles d'Aude, decided to "return to the roots ", to the place where her father acquired the trade. And she was right to do so, delighting us with her traditional or special breads, chocolatines, butter or plain croissants, almond loaves and other viennoiseries. As for pastries, it's Barbara who pampers us with a host of homemade delights, including pine nut tarts, a traditional Aude speciality made with cream and almonds, and the famous Paris Vinassan.

Château de Marmorières, a favorite among La Clape wine lovers, acquired a former commandery and its superb vineyards on the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer in 2005. The wines coming out of Jehan and Ombline de Woillemont's cellar are a must-try! As proof, the 96/100 awarded by Decanter to the 2019 vintage of Commanderie Saint-Pierre-la-Garrigue and other unanimous awards that crown their cuvées, from the elegant "Marquis de Raymond" to the mineral and aromatic white "Les Pinèdes".

This beautiful estate produces high-quality vintages from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil produces famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. At the winery, you can also select a bottle of Carthagène, a sweet Languedoc specialty. Château Pech-Céleyran also boasts a very active wine tourism offer, with guest rooms, luxury gîtes, a swimming pool, flexible reception areas and arty events. What could be more natural than a love of the arts for this family, descendants of Saint-Exupéry.
