By taking over a 20 hectare estate in this exceptional site in the Upper Corbières, Wiebke Seubert and Alain Woorons have realised their dream: to become winegrowers! The adventure began: they restructured the vineyard, opted for more traditional farming practices and above all for sustainable agriculture. Château Wiala is mainly made up of two islands of plots and benefits from the complementary nature of the terroir: different grape varieties and exposures. In a modernised winemaking cellar, a powerful and racy red AOC Fitou (80%) and a fruity and vanilla-flavoured Muscat de Rivesaltes are produced. The Harmonie cuvée (red) rewarded with a gold medal at the Concours Agricole will make you see all the colours! This summer (July/August) a show is proposed to you in the cellar of the Sensatio estate: a fresco on biodiversity, the beauty of the Corbières, the love of a terroir... So, see you at 6:30 pm !
