Visitors have the opportunity to discover the magnificent panoramas and the heritage of centuries, as well as the art of vine and wine. The château has received several awards, including the Best Of du Tourisme Silver in 2006 in the "Parks, Gardens and Landscapes" category, the Best Of du Tourisme Gold in 2007 for its architecture, and the Best Of Wine in 2014 in the "Architecture and Landscapes" category. Visits are by appointment only. The boutique offers wines from the estate as well as a selection of wine-related items. In 2020, strict sanitary measures are in place, including the use of hydroalcoholic gel, compulsory masks and social distancing. The château also offers special tours and tastings, as well as buffet tours. Space can also be rented for business events.

Mathieu Laguillon is in charge of technical aspects, while his father Christian is responsible for marketing. The wines produced by Vignobles Laguillon are appreciated for their quality and character. Visitors can taste and buy wines directly from the estate. The team consists of 4 people, including technical manager Christophe de Monteil and three vineyard workers. Oenologist Thomas Duclos, advisor to several St Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classé wines, contributes his expertise throughout the year to guide vinification, ageing and blending. Hervé Briane, viticultural advisor, supports the team in cultivating the vineyards in compliance with the Organic Agriculture certification since 2022.
