In the 18th century, Château Pomys was one of the most important estates in Saint-Estephe, having belonged successively to great families such as d'Estournel, Martin, Hostein, Pullum and Arnaud. Michel Reybier, owner of the Domaines Reybier hotel group and of the second grand cru classé Cos d'Estournel, has bought Pomys. The estate has a dozen rooms, a seminar room, a reception room and a catering service. The lounges are in the château, in the cellars with a view of the park, the wine estate and the towers.

CHÂTEAU COS D’ESTOURNEL

Grand cru classé de Saint-Estèphe in 1855, Château Cos d'Estournel, which covers 100 hectares, is distinguished by its high-flying architecture. It was inspired by Louis-Gaspard d'Estournel, who inherited vines near the village of Cos and decided to make wine from them. CHÂTEAU BEAU SITE HAUT VIGNOBLE

The creation of the Beau-Site Haut-Vignoble estate dates back to 1861. Located in the heart of the Médoc in Saint-Estèphe, its vineyards cover 19 hectares, divided into twenty or so parcels scattered throughout the commune, which makes the vineyard very representative of the appellation. It is a wine for laying down, needing two to five years, depending on the vintage, for the tannic structure to become harmonious and for the aromas to develop. Located on the hillside of Cos in Saint-Estèphe, Château Cos Labory is a wine estate offering a unique wine-tasting experience. The estate, classified as a Cinquième Cru in 1855, boasts an exceptional terroir composed of deep gravel and a clay-limestone base. The vines, on average 38 years old, are planted mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The estate offers group visits including a tour of the vineyards and cellars, followed by a tasting of three wines, including Charme de Cos Labory 2020 and Château Cos Labory 2020.
