The wine cellar of Pouzols-Mailhac is located on the Minervois wine road, on the Carcassonne-Béziers axis. It gathers nearly 200 winegrowers and 650 hectares of vines established in amphitheatre. The producers use their ancestral know-how and modern vinification techniques to make their Minervois appellation wines. Frequently rewarded in national competitions, they shine thanks to the power of their perfumes, very representative of the Aude region.

Jolis choix de vin régionaux, des conseils avisés, bref très bien pour aller acheter des petits vins de toutes les couleurs et déguster en finissant bien les godets :)
