Restaurant where the chef prepares delicious dishes from fresh produce in Portel-des-Corbières
Not to be missed for its site, Terra Vinea also offers its gourmet table: Le Grenache. The chef treats us to bistro-style cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce. During our visit, we fell in love with the "œuf miroir au foie gras" and the "navarin d'agneau aux petits légumes". The violet crème brûlée rounded off our meal perfectly. To quench your thirst, we offer a fine selection of local wines. New for 2025, Grenache has come up with a suggestion for a gourmet plate to enjoy before or after your visit to the mine!
