Bruno Pellegrini, an oenologist by training and a winemaker at heart, has successfully restructured his estate: rigorous selection of new grape varieties, control of production, and a respectful approach to the environment. Today, his daughter Ophélie and son-in-law Xavier are carrying on the family tradition. As a result, after decades of hard work, these wines from the La Clape terroir are exported all over the world. A lovely place to do a wine tasting. Ophelie showed us three different wines and we bought some to take back home. I would recommend the visit if you want to experience some local wine in an authentic french winery. Hope to go back soon.
