Superbe journée à Fontfroide qui a commencé avec une dégustation privative de vins de qualité. Merci à Herwin pour sa gentillesse et son professionalisme. Suivie d'une visite très intéressante de l'Abbaye qui est très belle et enfin un repas délicieux digne d'un restaurant Michelin. Merci à tous pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Habitués du lieu, nous avons vu l évolution qualitative de ce caveau. Ce qui n a pas changé : l accueil qui est professionnel et sympathique ! Les vins sont excellents ! Une des raisons avec le jardin et le restaurant de venir visiter l abbaye de Fontfroide

Originality
Après avoir visité la magnifique abbaye de Fontfroide (ou avant aussi !), on peut faire une halte au caveau de Fontfroide qui propose de déguster une belle gamme de vins du sud. Le caveau vend aussi quelques produits du terroir (saucisson, miel, tapenades, etc...) Accueil chaleureux et belles explications sur le vin.
