From real natural sourdough breads to baguettes, speciality breads and the inimitable "Tronçon" XXL, found at the tables of the finest restaurants, everything here smacks of the talented baker's savoir-faire. Mickaël makes excellent churned butter viennoiseries, shortbread, brioche and even kouign-amann! Cakes for all occasions, catered dishes, snacks and a healthy dose of kindness.
