Espace de Liberté is the Aude department's and the region's flagship sports and tourist site, offering a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:

Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... Outdoor swimmers will appreciate the south-facing Olympic pool (50 m), open from April 1 to a date depending on the weather forecast. For relaxation: the solarium and shaded picnic area. In summer, don't miss the famous Water Jump, featuring 4 exceptional 9 to 12 m-high slopes.

The skating rink: Both sporty and fun, the skating rink caters for all ages. Light shows and DJs accompany young and old on the 800 m² ice rink. It's the perfect place to have fun with friends in a relaxed atmosphere, or to perfect your skating skills and perform the most daring tricks.

Bowling: Discover the 12 superb bowling lanes with scenography and its English pub, the Private Bowling Club. The Private Bowling Club is ideal for after-work, in the evening for delicious cocktails and on Thursdays for free live concerts, comfortably seated in cosy armchairs.

NARBONNE KITE PASSION

Kitesurfing

Lessons are given in shallow water on a site used exclusively by the school. To ensure instant, differentiated instruction, each student is equipped with a helmet and radio. Lessons are limited to a maximum of 4 students per instructor. Access to the spot is by boat only, ensuring total tranquility. Changing rooms, hot showers and WCs are also available on site. For those wishing to offer a kitesurfing or stand-up paddle experience, gift vouchers are available.
