The Meynadier family has been cooking for over 60 years, and at Bonne Mère it's Simon who carries on the culinary tradition with his partner Lolie. They welcome you to their restaurant, which smells of the Mediterranean and homemade. What we love about Bonne Mère is that you can choose from a range of dishes to share: mussels ravigotes (a must), mimosa eggs, oysters, pigs' trotters au gratin with aïoli... And then there are the gourmet dishes like the fisherman's bouillabaisse, fish caught in Gruissan... Bonne Mère, a sure bet!
