Aper'oc is a 100% Limoux creation! The Cavale cooperative distillery and its partners are behind the "Religieuses" creams. They have created 3 recipes using only Limoux marc alcohol, to which they have added natural mint flavorings for one, and mandarin or lemon peel (traditional or organic) for the last two. Low in sugar and alcohol (15% ABV), "Religieuses" are the perfect way to end a meal. More festive and also very pleasant in cocktail mode: 1/3 mandarin orange and 2/3 Première Bulle de Sieur D'Arques and a dash of sparkling water.
