Nicolas, the family's worthy heir, will show you the complexity and differences between crémants and blanquettes, patiently crafted from grape varieties such as chenin blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir and mauzac. Every year, these vintages are crowned with a shower of medals, including "Ma maison", "Prestige", "Domaine Rosier" and the inevitable "L" cuvée, a real favorite. On the still wine side, you can enjoy a 100% Chardonnay AOC Limoux or Vin Pays d'Oc. An intimate address not to be missed.
