Among the 250 or so producers of Blanquette de Limoux, Maison Guinot is an estate worth mentioning for its friendly, human-scale approach. Since 1875, blanquette has been produced by hand in a family-run business, with bottling on site and manual riddling of 30,000 bottles daily. During the 45-minute "Bulles et Lumière" tour, you'll discover the cellars and all the stages involved in making this sparkling wine. The tour is completed by a 3D video, and your visit ends appropriately with a tasting.

Top tour! Interesting and informative. The lady who took us round (sorry, I didn't get your name) was knowledgeable and made sure I was OK and understanding her talking in French.
Wine tasting at the end was great.

Un excelente recorrido por la historia de los espumantes de Limoux. Explicación interesante y extensa dentro de las bodegas reales, con una guía amable y profesional. Al final dan una buena degustacion de 6 espumantes y por supuesto llevamos unas cuantas botellas y unas terrinas.
En comparación con otros lugares que hemos visitado en Europa y en América, el precio por esta visita es muy bajo para la alta calidad de la visita y la degustacion.
