Among the 250 or so producers of Blanquette de Limoux, Maison Guinot is an estate worth mentioning for its friendly, human-scale approach. Since 1875, blanquette has been produced by hand in a family-run business, with bottling on site and manual riddling of 30,000 bottles daily. During the 45-minute "Bulles et Lumière" tour, you'll discover the cellars and all the stages involved in making this sparkling wine. The tour is completed by a 3D video, and your visit ends appropriately with a tasting.

Possibilités de visite commentée des caves et machines, avec même son, lumières et vidéos explicatives, et de dégustations de leur variété de produits. Crémants, blanquettes et ancestral de 2 à 5 ans de maturité... Tarifs très corrects et accueil très sympathique et très pédagogique... Nous y avons bien passé 1h30 pour la visite, la dégustation et l'achat de quelques cartons.

We had a fabulous tour of Maison Guinot with Michel. We were just 3 people who turned up for the 10.30 visit but Michel was more than happy to spend the next 90 minutes explaining the history of blanquette wine-making and showing us the processes, followed by a wine tasting. It was a fun morning and amazing value for money.

Visite très instructive mais aussi pleine de vie. Tout sur la famille Guinot et sur leurs différentes blanquettes et crémants. Comment est produit leur vin de la récolte à la mise en bouteille finale. À la fin de la visite dégustation de leurs produits.

Dommage pas de visite prévu pour les personnes à mobilité réduites et l accueil à notre encontre nous étions deux à été froid pas du tout accueillante

Visite très agréable pour apprendre comment sont fait les crémants et blanquette de Limoux ! En prime une petite dégustation. Notre hôte était très sympathique.
