A veritable Limoux institution since 1936, Maison Bor perpetuates ancestral know-how in the manufacture of nougat and chocolates. Let yourself be tempted by their specialty, the Tap de Limoux, a small chocolate made with Chardonnay marc in the shape of a champagne cork, or by the unrivalled creaminess of their nougats, made in copper cauldrons. The range of nougats is as varied as the packaging, sold individually, in boxes or in sachets. All our specialties are made with local, high-quality raw materials.

Bonne découverte lors d'une promenade dans la cité médiévale de Carcassonne.

Comparé à d'autres boutiques dans la citadelle, le Nougat a vraiment très bon goût, et il est mou (ce que nous recherchions).
