The most famous bird in France has taken up residence in Limoux, and is a great success. Indeed, Clément Assaoui, is all the rage with his new concept of restaurant around the chicken. An establishment with a retro-vintage American look, a good smell of chicken on the spit, slowly roasted, it was enough to entice the famous fox! A friendly welcome and a great availability towards the customers make of this place, the privileged place for a meal on the spot or to take away in a convivial spirit of sharing.
