Auntie Juliette, Edouard's great aunt and proprietor, was a farmer in Peyriac-Minervois. It was in her honour that our epicurean at heart created this cheese bar, creamery, delicatessen and wine cellar in the heart of old Gruissan. You'll find a fine selection of goat's cheeses, regional affineurs and various cheeses from France, as well as Occitan specialities on the delicatessen side. Tastings of platters and tapas accompanied by regional wines or local craft beers will delight you. Platters can be made to order.

Es war ein Spontanbesuch. Das ganze Ambiente und auch schon die wenigen anwesenden Gäste strahlenten Gemütlichkeit und Authentizität statt Tourirummel aus. Der Appetit in Richtung Tapas mit Käse und Schinken wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die drei Käse sowie der Schinken waren schon von sehr sehr guter Qualität. Das gute Bier dabei (ein Kaffe als Nachtisch) und der extrem sympathische Service rundeten beim moderaten Preis von 34 Euro für zwei Personen das ganze Bild ab.
