Auntie Juliette, Edouard's great aunt and proprietor, was a farmer in Peyriac-Minervois. It was in her honor that our epicurean at heart created this cheese bar, creamery, delicatessen and wine cellar in the heart of old Gruissan. You'll find a fine selection of goat's cheeses, regional affineurs and various cheeses from France, as well as Occitan specialities on the delicatessen side.
