It is impossible to stroll, stay or reside here without tasting the "Tarte Gruissanaise", a local specialty made with puff pastry, frangipane, meringue and pine nuts, made by Alain Bernard. We also fell in love with the "Narbonnaise" with rum-soaked grapes, as well as the homemade "Croustade". A pure delight that we enjoyed intensely. Very good traditional or more original breads are also sold here, as well as very good pure butter pastries and a wide range of beautiful pastries of all sizes, which appealed to our sweet tooth.

Immer wieder schön, während des Wochenmarktes mitten im Geschehen zu sitzen, Käffchen zu trinken und wunderbare Törtchen oder ein Frühstück zu genießen

Très bon accueil et pâtisserie excellente. À découvrir en vous baladant à Gruissan. Je recommande.

Chocolatine sans goût. Disposition à l'intérieur pas du tout pratique. Tous les clients sont antassé devant la vitrine, impossible de voir ce qui est proposé quand c'est à nous de commander, et pour aller payer, le parcours du combattant.

Bon, je vois que je ne suis pas le seul à émettre des réserves sur la qualité des viennoiseries. Trop bien placé, trop de touristes, trop de succès.... la qualité plonge. Il est temps de se ressaisir sinon ça va finir par se savoir.
