It is impossible to stroll, stay or reside here without tasting the "Tarte Gruissanaise", a local specialty made with puff pastry, frangipane, meringue and pine nuts, made by Alain Bernard. We also fell in love with the "Narbonnaise" with rum-soaked grapes, as well as the homemade "Croustade". A pure delight that we enjoyed intensely. Very good traditional or more original breads are also sold here, as well as very good pure butter pastries and a wide range of beautiful pastries of all sizes, which appealed to our sweet tooth.

Nous avons acheté 3 sandwichs différents que nous avons mangé aussitôt. Nous sommes déçus. Un goût bizarre et au finale notre petite fille malade 30 ' plus tard et nous nous avons eu une digestion un peu difficile.

Sehr leckere Brote. Empfehlenswert. Während der Markttage lange Schlange vor dem Geschäft. Spricht auch für die Qualität. Gutes Essen spricht sich herum.
