A permanent artist at Narbonne's Fine Art Gallery since March 2024 (she now lives in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer), Chantal Grès is an Aveyron-born painter who mainly uses acrylics with a knife. She sometimes adds other materials such as sand, paper or wood. Her style is characterized by varied textures, abstract and figurative canvases and vibrant colors. The expressiveness of her work was rewarded with first prize at the Talents de Femmes art show in Béziers in 2021.
