Restaurant with large shaded terrace, offering hearty, well-prepared dishes
In just a short space of time, Alexis Pranovi's restaurant has become a Corbières must. Here, conviviality and indulgence are the order of the day, and Paco, the chef, has a lot to do with it! He takes delicious pleasure in sending out copious, well-dressed plates. The menu includes signature dishes such as duck lasagne and grilled octopus, as well as boards to share, poke bowls and burgers... For us, it was a filet of duck with morel mushrooms and a chocolate macaroon for dessert, so we left feeling full and satisfied. Large shaded terrace.
