It was in 2013 that Laurent Faure decided to set up his vinegar factory in an old wine storehouse in Coursan, his native village. Here, he makes balsamic vinegars and wine vinegars flavoured with fruit and spices. Granhota's range of vinegars is made from Languedoc wines aged in oak barrels, guaranteed sulfite-, preservative- and colourant-free. It is available in both plain and flavoured versions, embracing the Aude terroir with balance (fruit, rare spices, aromatic herbs, Corbières saffron...).

Une très jolie vinaigrerie à visiter sans hésiter lorsque l'on passe à proximité ! Et même elle vaut le détour !

Très déçue dans cet établissement que j aimais beaucoup. En plus j ai appelé pour une mère dans le flacon vinaigre framboise qui m a bu toute la quantité du vinaigre....c est à peine si on m a écoutée . Dommage mais je ne reviendrais pas
