Super U is a supermarket offering a wide range of food and non-food products. Customers can find fresh produce, organic products, local produce and a wide variety of brands. This family estate has been established for 4 generations at the crossroads of the Minervois, the Clape and the Corbières. Since 1999, Lionel Boutié, a pioneer in the Languedoc, has chosen organic farming, combining quality, freshness and respecting the environment with Cathy. Independent producers, they offer very good natural wines, reds, whites, rosés or late harvests from the rich variety of grape varieties of their land!

It was in 2013 that Laurent Faure decided to set up his vinegar factory in an old wine storehouse in Coursan, his native village. Here, he makes balsamic vinegars and wine vinegars flavored with fruit and spices. Granhota's range of vinegars is made from Languedoc wines aged in oak barrels, guaranteed sulfite-, preservative- and colorant-free. It is available in both plain and flavored versions, embracing the Aude terroir with balance (fruit, rare spices, aromatic herbs, Corbières saffron...).
