For the past ten years, Séverine and Gilles Contrepois have been growing their wines exclusively on the slopes of a magnificent schist terroir. They have chosen organic farming, and rightly so. The couple recently decided to break away from the Fitou, Corbières and Rivesaltes appellations and label their wines "Vin de France", in order to enjoy greater creative freedom and ethical standards. Ingenuity creates wines that are different because they are fine, fresh, elegant, complex and harmonious. They reflect the terroir.
