Séverine and Gilles Contrepois have been working on a magnificent schist terroir exclusively on hillsides for the past ten years. They have chosen organic farming and, without a doubt, with good reason. Recently, the couple broke away from the Fitou, Corbières and Rivesaltes appellations to label their wines "vin de France" in order to obtain more creative and ethical freedom. Ingenuity allows to create wines that are different because they are fine, fresh, elegant, complex, harmonious. They are the reflection of the terroir.
