Nestled in the Corbières above Camplong, Le Clos de Mauzac is well worth a visit. Depending on the weather, you can dine in the uncluttered dining room, decorated with abstract canvases by local artists, or on the terrace. Guillaume's cuisine follows the seasons, and the freshness of the produce is indisputable. The dishes served, sometimes local, sometimes exotic, leave no one indifferent; the cooking is just right, the spices subtly measured: here, travel is guaranteed. A fine selection of local wines (some of them organic) complements the meals.

Beautiful presentation, cooking fish is extremely well controlled. Small note:: the dishes are savoury slightly too. A recommended place.
