Located in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, this authentic century-old bistro is an institution! The cuisine is refined and gourmet, as evidenced by the attractive menu that changes with the seasons and the chef's inspirations. A different menu is offered every month, but the menu always includes the essentials: oysters from the Bay of Arcachon, tapas platter, raclette burger, Italian-style beef tartare, duck aiguillette, tiramisu... A fine selection of wines accompanies the dishes, including AOC vintages from the Blaye and Bourg areas.

Arrivée 20h30, commande prise 30mn plus tard pour au final avoir nos plats à 21h40....
Risotto pleurottes sans intérêt fade confit rôti de porc baignant dans la sauce et froid... café gourmand décevant

Je n ai qu'un mot à dire allez y!!!
La pièce du boucher était hyper tendre, qui l eu crut pour 12.5€.
Le tartare un pure délice et un café gourmand plus que gourmand
Tous ça c est sans compter sur le service.
Nous avons eu l impression d être des invités de marque!
Je félicite tout le personnel car du service à la cuisine vous etes au top!!!
