The Domaine de Cabrol is known by wine lovers for its quality wines and for its owner, Claude Carayol, who left us in the spring of 2021 to certainly go and toast, beyond the skies, with Bacchus. The wines produced here are of high quality and respect the specifications of the domains with high environmental value. His wines are real successes! The Vent d'Ouest, a predominantly Cabernet, the Vent d'Est, a predominantly Syrah, or the Dérive, the top of the cuvée, is a real delight for the palate. Tasting at the cellar.

Today we had the pleasure of discovering this place and we had a a very nice and competent explanation by the owner about the idea and tradition behind his wines and oils. Every wine we tasted has its own and distinctive character and we felt the passion of the owner for his profession. That’s a place which should not be missed if you like wines with specific and individual taste. The same comes with the olive oils which are “pure nature”, it was explained that the trees simply grow without any influence of humans, just the olives are taken and the oil is produced thereof. Wonderful. Also the owner is a great person, it was very nice talking to him! Hope to come here again soon.

Domaine de Cabrol – Un vignoble familial empreint d’histoire, où chaque vin raconte une passion. On y découvre des produits de qualité, façonnés avec soin et amour.

Le vin blanc séduit par ses notes d’agrumes, sa fraîcheur et son équilibre : un vrai délice pour les amateurs de sensations vives et fruitées.

Les rouges, quant à eux, sont à découvrir absolument : chacun a sa propre histoire, son caractère, et tous sont délicieux.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires du domaine, adorables, passionnés, et toujours disponibles pour faire déguster leurs vins tout en partageant leur savoir-faire.

Merci pour ce beau moment, et à très vite ! Je recommande vivement cette belle adresse.
