Made with great care from excellent cocoa varieties, the chocolate is of the highest quality. As for the confections for which the house is renowned, these include the king's favorites, marrons glacés, homemade candied fruits and dragées Médicis, and the various containers in which they can be offered at festive occasions. The house also offers succulent ice creams in classic and disconcerting flavors.
